About the Role:

We are seeking a someone curious about the mortgage industry and who wants to get licensed and become a part of our team! You will evaluate and authorize approval of real estate loans including FHA, VA, Conventional, and Non-QM Purchase and Refinance!

Responsibilities:

  • Help gather and organize loan documents
  • Communicate with clients
  • Keep our systems updated and files on track
  • Follow up on missing items and key deadlines
  • Provide great service to make the process easy for everyone

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and time management
  • Comfortable with tech and learning new systems and skills
  • Mortgage experience is a plus, but not required
  • A positive, team-first attitude
  • Problem-Solver

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 100% Commission between 75-150bps based on units closed.

Expected hours: 40 per week
